How to book a tour on the site ?
Visit the homepage of the website and enter the activity you are looking for in the search bar.After choosing the activity that you plan to take up you will have to fill a “Send Enquiry” form which will provide us with the information we need to call you back. You may expect a call back within 48 hours.
In some cases you can directly book the tours online and pay online in which case the voucher will be sent to you on mail.

If you need a GST Invoice for your trip, Please fill the required information in contact us form & we will send your the GST Invoice within next 48 hours after you fill the form.

Sometimes confirmation mail also goes into your spam folder, so please check it once. Maximum turnaround time for booking confirmation is 24 hrs. I just booked a tour but it’s not showing under my booking section on my profile.
It seems like your booking is pending for confirmation.
When you booked with us we book the driver, guide and cab for your tour. usually booking confirms within 24 hours. Once driver, cab and guide confirms it will automatically reflect in your my booking section.

No, It is impossible to club coupon codes together to avail both the discounts at once.

What are the cancellation policies ?
All tours are eligible for cancellations before 24 hours of tour start with 100% refund, After 24 hours no refund will be appreciable.
Cancellation is bases upon cancellation policies of the product that you have booked. We request you to please review the cancellation polices. After reviewing the policies if you want to cancel your booking, we request you to fill the form on contact us page or call/Whatsapp at +919368278407.
How much time does the process of refund take ?
Depending on booking policies mentioned on the booking page your refund will be initiated within 24 hours, the amount will be credited to the same account through which you had paid, It generally takes anywhere between 7-10 business days. This is the standard time frame required by banks and the payment gateway to facilitate the transaction. We appreciate your patience and look forward to serve you.

What should I do when payment fails but amount deducted from my account?
